When using your £45 Hammersmith & Fulham / Kensington and Chelsea voucher against one of the kits below please let me know your unique voucher number either at the checkout in ‘special message box’ or by emailing me separately with a copy of it at juliet@thewashablenappy.co.uk If you are using your voucher against an order that is not one of these kits then you need to put HF45 or KC45 in the ‘discount code’ box and £45 will be deducted against your order and I still also need your unique voucher number.

Each kit includes a bamboo booster, either separately or with another nappy – use the booster with any of the nappies to help increase the absorbency. A fleece liner and some sample paper liners are also included too – liners help when dealing with poo and it’s a personal choice whether to use them or not; the fleece liner can also be used as a ‘stay-dry liner‘ with with any of the nappies that have natural material next to the baby’s bottom as these tend to get quite wet next to your baby’s skin.

Buying a Trial Kit – When buying one of the pre-made Trial kits below, simply add the kit to shopping basket, go to checkout and complete order. IMPORTANT – Please include the wieght of your baby in the ‘order notes’
Which kit to choose ? Read through the blurb for each kit (below), hopefully that will help you decide. Choose the size in the size option box. Some nappies in most of the kits will be birth to potty/one size, others come in a mix of sizes so giving the weight of your child is important, choose newborn if you want to use from birth.
Advantages of buying a trial kit with your voucher – If you are new to cloth nappies then it can be overwhelming and confusing to wade through all the options and jargon! THE TRIAL KITS
KIT 1 – MIXED MODERN (free with your £45 voucher RRP £69)
3 nappies size 1 small: 7-20lbs / 2.9-9 kg size 2 large: 20lbs – 35lbs/ 9kg – 15.9kg
- Revalutionary Nappy- All-in-One nappies are very convenient, with no stuffing or assembly needed, this is a one-size nappy fitting from 8-35lbs/3.1 -15.9kg, cost effective and great for quick and easy changes, best suited to day time nappy use.
- Bamboozle Stretch Nappy with Totsbots Wrap – A two-part nappy system which gives excellent leak protection, especially for nights, available in small or large. The idea is that you change the nappy but reuse the wrap and therefore have more nappies than wraps (usually 1 wrap to 3 – 5 nappies)
- Totsbots Day Pads with Totsbots Wrap – An All-in-Two nappy. a hybrid mix of the the ‘two part’ and the ‘all in one’, where the two seperate parts go together before putting on your baby. Great for flexibility and the price concious parent. Perfect for day time use and again available in small or large.

It’s a great way to experience what’s suitable for both day and night as a good day nappy often doesn’t make a good night time nappy. KIT 4 – NEWBORN MODERN MIX –(free with your £45 voucher RRP £56)
3 nappies – size: 5-18lbs / 2.3- 8kg
This kit has a mix of styles and brands and will fit from 5lbs upwards. It is great to have slim perfect fitting nappies right from the word go. This kit is also great if you are having multiples or are expecting a small baby. A mix of ‘all in one’, ‘all in two’ and shaped ‘two part’ nappies in small newborn sizes lasting for the first 6 months.

- Little Lamb Bamboo Nappy -This is a two part shaped nappy system, use this nappy with either the Airflow or Totsbots wraps. - Mother-ease Airflow Wrap – This wrap is probably the most famous cloth nappy wrap for leak proof nappy changes, so ideal at newborn runny poo stage. It works with both the shaped nappies above.

Flat nappies are by far the most economical way to cloth nappy your baby and are not difficult once you have had a little practice. They are also very good at containment, ie not leaking ! This kit comes with 6 flat nappies (prefolds), 2 shaped nappies for night and 3 wraps See here for folds – and here If you are using from birth then the prefolds in this kit will fit to potty training in the Close Parent birth 2 potty wrap.

A kit for an older child or larger baby. A mix of day and night nappies. Totsbots Bamboozle and the Totsbots Pad are both used with the Totsbots wrap, the Bamboozle for night and the pad for day use, the Little Lamb Pocket can be used like a pull up fostering independence and also as an absobent day time nappy. This would fit a chunky child from 28lbs/12.7kg and could continue to fit a slimmer older child up to around 52lbs/23.5kg
