The Close Parent Pop-in Bamboo Nappy onesize is a mix between an ‘all in one’ and a ‘two-part’ nappy system now defined as ‘all in two’.

The inner bamboo soaker poppers inside the outer shell so that it comes apart for easy washing and quicker drying.  Put back together once dry and then use like an all in one nappy.  This is a birth-to-potty nappy which is altered by the three sets of poppers at the front of the nappy.  The nappy fastens with velcro tabs.   Close Parent Pop In nappies have a double elasticated leg gusset to help improve containment and it is very good for an all in one at keeping poo explosions to a minimum !   It is easy to think that the wrap can be re-used, however this is not the case as there is an absorbent pad sewn inside the wrap too so it is designed to be washed with every change, this absorbent core in the waterproof outer shell helps hold the wetness in the middle of the nappy reducing compression and leaking and allowing you a little longer between changes times when needed.  Hidden hook and loop wash tabs so nothing rough next to your baby. The nappy as it comes is best for daytime use (I always recommend a two part nappy for night time success !) however you can try using the night time booster (sold seperately) to add extra absorbency needed to last overnight or for heavy wetters.   Now being made with recycled materials, each nappy diverts 2.5 plastic water bottles from landfill as the new waterproof laminate is made from 100% recycled plastic.

My Opinion – The Pop-In has short nappy tabs so if your baby is chubby or older than 18 months this nappy can be outgrown early.  However it is a lovely design and the leg gussets on the wrap are excellent at keeping things contained.  It is a very popular nappy and Close Parent are a UK company.

Washing – Wash between 40° and 60°.  The inner soaker can be tumble dried on low only the outer shell cannot.  Remember to shut off the velcro on the wash tabs otherwise everything in your wash will stick together !  Please read carefully our full ‘washing and care instructions’.  All nappies and wraps must be washed according to our care instructions otherwise the manufacturers guarantee will not be valid.  All new nappies must be washed before they are used.  Please note that when buying a large number of cloth nappies and wraps you should just wash a few in the first instance, and check you are happy with your choice, as I cannot refund on used or washed nappies.
