Bambino Mio Duo Nappy Cover to use with prefolds only

The Bambino Mio Duo wrap is a fantastic wrap that works best with prefold nappies.  It has a flap at the front so the prefold can be folded into an oblong and tucked inside or alternatively you can do the prefold up with a nippa for extra protection from leaks.   2 sizes available, size 1 fits from birth up to about 9kg/21lbs and size 2 fits from 9-15kg/21-35lbs.

My Opinion – This is a great sized wrap and the double leg gussets mean it is excellent for containment and rarely leaks.  It works particularly well with prefolds and the Thirsties Duo inserts.  If you are planning to use this wrap over a birth to potty shaped nappy on a smaller younger baby I would suggest you think about getting the Thirsties Nappy Cover instead as this has a slightly bigger cut and will fit better over a bulky nappy.  This wrap was designed to work with prefolds and is best suited to this type of flat nappy.

Washing – wash between 40° to 60°.  I would not advise tumble drying any wraps as they dry very quickly and tumble drying would adversely affect the waterproofing.  Do not use Ecover washing powder or Ecover liquid with your cloth nappies or wraps.   Please read carefully our full ‘washing and care instructions’.  All nappies and wraps must be washed according to our care instructions otherwise the manufacturers guarantee will not be valid.
