RNfL Vouchers and Other Council Cash Back Schemes

Real Nappies for London Vouchers

13 London Councils have signed up for a London initiative to offer cashback and

vouchers schemes to parents wishing to use cloth nappies. The Washable Nappy

Company is on the list of registered suppliers and we accept the vouchers from

this scheme. See the list below to see if your council participates.   If you have a

voucher you must  submit this to The Washable Nappy Company along with ID

for verification before we can send your order to you. Please follow the steps

detailed below in order to redeem your voucher:

1. Place your order either online or by telephone. If ordering online, at checkout please select

    the 'pay by cheque' option. Your total to pay at this stage will not have the voucher amount

   deducted.

2. Email us to tell us you have a voucher, give the Voucher number, the name of the issuing

   borough and your The Washable Nappy Company order number (email:   

   sales@thewashablenappy.co.uk).

3.  Post your voucher and appropriate ID to us (for your own benefit we recommend you send

    this by registered post) (Post to 5 Bedford Road, South Tottenham, N15 4HA). The voucher

    must not be a photocopy, but the ID can be photocopied.

4. We will contact you to say we have received your voucher and will deduct the voucher

    amount from the total of your order. At this stage you can pay by credit card over the

   telephone or send us a cheque. Once payment has been received we will despatch your

   order to you.

If the London borough in which you live has joined Real Nappies for London and you

have a child under the age of 18 months, you could be entitled to claim an information

pack and voucher. The voucher can be redeemed for nappies (and accessories).

Voucher value and numbers will vary from borough to borough. If all vouchers in your

borough have already been distributed, you may still receive an information pack.

Terms and Conditions
Voucher numbers have a unique reference and are identified with details of the person

eligible to redeem it. The voucher value is clearly shown on the voucher and varies

with the issuing borough. The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date shown

on the voucher (inclusive). One voucher only is issued per baby. Vouchers are

directly redeemable only by the applicant identified on the voucher. After placing

your order you must send us your Voucher and proof of ID. Acceptable forms of

ID include copy of driving licence, council tax bill or similar. The voucher can only

be redeemed for cloth nappies and reasonably associated sundries such as wraps,

grippers, liners. Vouchers cannot be redeemed by customers retrospectively

(ie after original purchase). The customer redeeming the voucher will be issued

with an itemised receipt showing what was purchased.   No cash change can be

given to the customer holding the voucher on exchange of the voucher. If you

Contact the Councils Recycling Team and ask for a form.  With Cash Back forms

you have to purchase the nappies first and then send the form and receipt for your

nappies back to the council and they will reimburse you a specified amount.  You

need to send a copy of your baby's birth certificate so you cannot claim until your

baby has been born.
