Pop-in newborn nappies are a great way for parents to bridge the gap between tiny baby and birth to potty nappies during those expensive early days and weeks when you can expect to change your little one up to 10 times in 24 hours! The front section is contoured to sit below the umbilical cord rather than over it and the nappy itself is much slimmer and intended for the lower wetting, high frequency changing those first few weeks bring. Unlike the birth to potty close parent popin, the outerwrap on this newborn nappy can be easily be wiped clean and re-used if not soiled, leaving you to just switch the soaker over. They also have new improved bamboo viscose terry soakers with 5 layers for even better absorbency and a top layer of fast wicking polyester to keep baby’s skin drier in use
Single printed newborn nappy contains one printed newborn outer shell and one newborn soaker. Weight range: 5-12lbs, 2-5.5kgs They also have a double leg gusset to protect against leaks
In my opinion – A tiny slim nappy for a newborn baby which goes on just like a disposable nappy. Costing a little less than the totsbots teenyfit, bumgenius V2 Littles and a lot less than the Motherease UNO wizard newborn nappies they are a slightly more affordable way to bridge the gap between tiny baby and birth to potty sizing if you are looking for a nice easy fitting newborn nappy which is similar to a disposable. Excellent option for multiple births as babies are often smaller.
My tips – If you want to use cloth nappies from birth then 20 of these would be an expensive option. Think of mixing with alternative lower cost newborn nappies, like some prefolds with nippa’s. Or go straight to one size nappies.
Washing and Care – Please read carefully our full ‘washing and care instructions’. All nappies and wraps must be washed according to our care instructions otherwise the manufacturers guarantee will not be valid. All new nappies must be washed before they are used. Please note that when buying a large number of cloth nappies you should just wash a few in the first instance, and check you are happy with your choice, as I cannot refund on used or washed nappies. This nappy can be tumble dried on a low heat, however it is advisable to only tumble dry occasionally as it does shorten the life of the nappy and of course cost you more.
